REIT Investor Relations Manager

My client, an Asian real estate fund management company focused on the management of real estate investment trusts and private real estate funds, are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join their team in Singapore

The firm currently manages REITs listed in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia with a diversified portfolio spanning the retail, office, industrial/office and logistics sectors; private funds investing in real estate and real estate-related securities in Asia.  As an Investor Relations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for all communication with investors, as well as assisting with the marketing and communications. The main responsibilies will include:

• Communicating with Unit Holders, Analysts and Fund Managers

• Formulating the Investor Relations Strategy of the REITS

• Conducting regular analyst meetings and roadhows

• Maintaining public relations with all key consistencies, e.g. government, regulators, customers

• Conducting research and assisting the Investment Managers in analysis of potential deals and their impact on the funds in the market

• Preparing annual report

This vacancy offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a recognised Asian real estate fund manager in a client facing role. The ideal candidate for this role will likely have at least three to five years of prior investor relations experience, ideally with a background in the real estate space.
