Head Chef for Fly Fishing Lodge in Southwest Montana

Work and live in The Ruby Valley, in Southwest Montana with a great staff, learn to flyfish - or flyfish more often.  Our Lodge is located in Twin Bridges and is surrounded by some of Montana's most beautiful wilderness areas including 5 Blue Ribbon rivers, The Madison, Ruby, Big Hole, Jefferson & Beaverhead.  We combine a fun Western environment with top rated hospitality and a great staff. 

Head Chef

Season: June - late October 

Job Description: : The chef will be responsible for the overall efficiency and successful execution of daily operations.  Preparing Breakfast, Boat Lunches & Dinners for an average of 25 guests & guides 5-7 days a week.  In charge of menu planning, inventory, ordering/purchasing food & supplies, kitchen organization, food storage, cleanliness.  Kitchen support staff on hand (servers & dishwashers) but expected to work as a team & help out, lead by example. Must have a resume with excellent references.  Previous Chef, Kitchen Management and/or Sous Chef experience is required. A Culinary degree is preferred, but not required.

Pay: Daily Salary (DOE), Seasonal Full-Time, Lodging & Meals Included, Tips/Gratuity
