Test Manager

Our client is a large global bank and they are looking for an energetic and experienced Test Manager for their financial markets business.

This is an interesting and challenging opportunity for a Testing professional to lead a team to test mission critical front office trading system.

Pre-requisites: 

- Degree in IT or Finance;

- At least 8 years of total experience of which 4-5 years of relevant experience;

- Must have a good understanding of financial markets business domain;

- Person must have extensive hands-on experience in Test Strategy, Test planning, Test execution in manual and automated testing arena;

- Knowledge of various testing tools shall be an advantage;

- Prior hands-on experience in testing of implementation of products like Murex or Sophis, Fidessa shall be an advantage;

- Person should be able  to work  independently with little guidance;

- Prior experience in managing a team of testers shall be preferred;

- Person should be able to take the full responsibility for the entire Testing lifecycle and managing the expectations of business users;

- Person must have excellent communication skills and an excellent command over English.
