Our Client, a leading Commodities Trading Company is looking for talented individuals to fuel the exciting expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region due to organic growth.
The Role
You will ensure that financial statements and reports are prepared in compliance with accounting policies, US GAAP and Singapore local reporting requirements. Ensure that all internal and external reporting deadlines are met. Reporting requirements as follows:
You will ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records including performance of balance sheet reconciliations and month end closing activities. Good understanding of the economics of TSF trade flows and the appropriate accounting for such structures. Backup for daily trading P&L and assist in month-end close for trading books. Provide department cover for absence of team member(s). Any other projects and duties as assigned.
Your Profile
You should have an Accounting degree or similar with 5+ years of public accounting experience and accounting experience in a commercial environment. Possess good analytical and organization skills and an effective team player. Strong process & procedure orientation and proven attention to detail and quality work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and deliver results under tight deadlines. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Management reporting to Singapore and Geneva
