The Role
The Commercial IM Manager executes the IM strategy for the Commercial Function and is the Program Leader of IM initiatives required by the Business. The incumbent also ensures that the IM services received by the function are at the agreed cost and quality, issues are resolved effectively, and that value creation opportunities for optimisation through standardisation and best practice sharing are developed.
You will act as Business Relationship Manager for all IM services to the Singapore Office. Through understanding the Commercial business strategy, plans and value drivers, set an IM strategy that delivers improved Commercial operations performance measures.
Drive standardization of business process and technical configurations. Ensure compliance to IM standards and derive a portfolio of projects from the broader strategies, Commercial Office requirements, and in the context of wider Group initiatives. Gain strategic agreement and alignment on the project and service portfolio and ensure delivery.
You be responsible to increase acceptance of IM as a value creation lever through communicating business value of IM, set and control the Commercial Office IM budget, resource the IM function and performance manage employees, manage Audit outcomes and close out risks and align plans for Business Unit Commercial Operations, co-located in Singapore, with Business Unit Heads of IM.
Your Profile
The idea candidate will desirably hold a professional IM or equivalent qualification and display evidence of domain qualification such as Project management, Relationship and Service management skills. You must have executed IM Strategy and across IT operations and/or project delivery across multiple domains in a global enterprise. Stakeholder management processes and relevant experience of managing complex IM issues and used to working in a matrix organisation model. A must is that you have concise communication with senior executives.
