We have transformed ourselves to Sciente 2.0 ! And therefore, we need a potential leader who could build & lead a team of Consultants. This is a new position to cater to business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Incumbent shall manage the end-to-end talent search/recruitment process for middle & senior management positions (technology & operations - financial services) which shall cover the following:
• To understand the Clients' needs/challenges/requirements;
• Use various strategies/techniques to search the potential/targeted candidates;
• Screen and assess the potential candidates;
• Recommend the short-listed candidates;
• Interact with the clients;
• Manage the logistics until the successful closure.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree holder from a reputed university;
• Excellent communication skills with good command over written/verbal English (non-negotiable pre-requisite);
• Strong desire to add value to Community;
• Intelligent, self-driven to achieve the desired results and a professional with high integrity;
• Working experience in financial services is required;
• Project Management/Sales/Business Development/Account Management/Candidate or Client Management experience shall be preferred.
