JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the development and systematic trading space, this role offers an incredible opportunity to perpetuate your career into the upper sphere of high frequency trading. The role is to be based in the groups highly regarded Development team.

Locations:   New York, USA

The role:

• Responsible for all aspects of the front end of a high frequency trading system.

• Working primarily in C# with an understanding of C++ on Linux.

• Support front end for daily trading and data analysis.

• Work closely with traders, researchers, and quant’s – serving as a “strategist”.

• Hands-on design, development and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong development skills in C# and a familiarity with C++/C application development.

• Experience developing user interfaces for large-scale, fast moving data sets.

• Experience with .NET WCF and WPF.

• Design of GUI framework is a plus.

• Dealing with real-time financial market-data.

• Ability to present information in a sufficient/high quality manner.

• Enthusiastic, passionate about development, and a self starter.

• Open mind-set/flexible team player who can manage multiple projects at once.
