Position objectives include the managing all direct reports and their subordinates to effectively support end-users on PeopleSoft Financials modules. Provide guidance and detailed work assignments to direct reports and their subordinates. Support all PeopleSoft module implementation and training; Support other project specialist and super users to build interfaces from Billing, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Accounts Payable sub-module, including trouble-shooting. Support project specialist from other areas working on projects that will impact PeopleSoft financial systems. Responsible for process design, configuration, creation and dissemination of procedures and documentation. Support and or conduct UAT testing, and training. Support and develop reporting/query needs including the creation of specifications, development, and testing of reports and queries. Effectively communicate to immediate manager as well as the user community as necessary.

Prepare and disseminate the detailed work assignments of subordinates after obtaining approval by immediate manager. Work with support staff to develop the resolution of complex user /system issues/requests. Participate as lead member of the PeopleSoft Financials team on project related tasks while ensuring the completion of all a day to day issues / requests are resolved in a timely manner. Manage all stages of PS sub-module implementation while strategically assessing sub-module customizations. Manage the process to ensure all customizations are properly designed and tested. Manage the process to ensure proper data gathering from end users and documentation of end user processes is sufficient. Manage the process to ensure implementation and conversion process documents are effectively designed and create any missing documentation as necessary. Manage the process to ensure all testing scenarios and test scripts are properly created, functional and approved. Oversee and ensure all hands on training manuals for end user training is developed. Ensure support to end-users with PeopleSoft sub-module training is provided. Manage and address day to day user issues/requests especially during system implementation. Effectively communicate and translate technical concepts to the user community immediate managers. Effectively communicate project status to immediate manager, team leaders, and project sponsors as requested.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of PeopleSoft Financial applications, GL, AR, BI, AM, AP, Query/SQL, and nVision. General Ledger knowledge to include, Multi-currency, Multiple ledgers, Revaluation, Translation, Allocations, Consolidation, Combo Rules, Chart field Structure (COA) and nVision Reporting. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to interact with all levels of an organization, Strong written and verbal communication skills are required along with being detail oriented. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to quickly understanding the Moody's business structure is necessary, Must possess an accounting background, Must possess strong time management skills and requirement gathering skills, Must be able to determine the fit-gap and design PeopleSoft based on the fit-gap to meet the needs of the organization, Must be able to delegate and provide guidance for the project build, Must be able to coordinate meetings with specific groups to provide progress updates throughout the project until completion.
