Especially in the Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for managing Customer Relation Management (CRM) through inbound and outbound activities contact center by leveraging the latest communications technology over the phone, sms, emails, websites, and chat.

In TSB business development, we need candidates who are interested to join our company and participate in the process. Currently, we are seeking candidates for the position:

Contact Center (penempatan Mampang – Tendean)
Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming calls from customers
* Provide information appropriate to the required customer
* Handling complain

Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Maximum age 35 years at the time of hiring
* Education minimum D3 all major with GPA min 2.50 (for graduates S1) and min GPA 2.00 (for D3)
* Have good communication skills
* It has good sound quality / clear articulation
* Have the skills to use computer
* Excellent proficiency in English
* Look neat and clean
* Have a general knowledge about the world of call center
* Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
