Legal Manager ( LGL )

Responsibilities:
* Minimum S1 Law with a GPA of at least 3.0
* Have experience of 3 s / d of 5 years as a Legal Officer in the Division of Law and the law of a company in the banking industry, especially the law relating to internal policy and legal standards of the legal documents of a bank

Requirements:
* Checking and supervising the creation of non-standard as well as reviewing the required legal documents relating to the credit facilities provided by UOBI
* Directs and provide legal opinion and analysis of legal risk to management or work units in UOBI relating to plan administration / credit
* Supervise and conduct negotiations on behalf of UOBI relating to credit transactions to be carried out by UOBI
* Responsible in preparing training materials related to the legal aspects of law
