Access/Sharepoint Developer Needed (Cabin John)

Small health event management company looking for a developer to build a database that will provide both workflow management and data capture to help us manage our business better and collect metrics on our services. Ideally the database will interface with other existing commercial databases we use so knowledge of APIs is a plus.

Must be able to produce a front end product that is clean and easy to use by program managers as well as a back end product that can be used by more technically savvy staff to extract and manipulate collected data.

Workflow management processes/tasks must be seamless to the end user, so that when an event date is entered, steps that must be taken as well as documents produced during the process must be produced automatically and emailed to the appropriate person.

This is a contract position (1099), please include your hourly rate when responding.
