Responsibilities
Ability to provide excellent customer experiences from the network side of the business. Ability to launch and optimize the 4G network with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work flexible hours and support night, weekend, or holiday work is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related degree. Master s degree a plus. 2-5 years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Strong analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong problem solving abilities. Moderate to minimum supervision over work product. Works independently on routine research and reporting functions. Demonstrated project management skills. Required - drivers license and good driving record
Experience on ALU RAN a Plus. Knowledge of hardware/software configurations, strong data analysis skills, and experience giving presentations a must. Work location/job responsibilities require that candidate reside within or near the Lafayette/Lake Charles, Louisiana area.
