Strategy & Management Associate - Top Hedge Fund

We're a top global hedge fund / asset manager (with over $10 billion in AUM) - seeking several strategy and management associates to help us grow.

We are looking to hire the next generation of managers.  We seek candidates of all backgrounds who have the creativity, initiative, and conceptual intelligence to lead us through current and future challenges. 

Management Associates are intimately involved in our major management challenges and can drive change from their first day.  Those who succeed quickly find themselves in positions of significant responsibility, often directly managing part of our business in their first couple of years. 

Management Associates learn, apply, and critique our management philosophy, which is distilled into a set of principles that form the basis of our management.  Through both on-the-job and in-depth formal training, mentorship, and coaching, you will gain a deeper understanding of your capabilities and potential and become an expert at:

• Solving problems by addressing their fundamental causes
• Designing and building teams and systems to achieve your goals
• Managing and developing people

 Position Requirements:

• Extraordinary conceptual, quantitative and analytical capability, curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts
• A drive for results that reflects an ownership mentality
• A degree from a top 50 college, with a GPA above a 3.2

Candidates out of consulting firms, hedge funds, PE firms and investment banking backgrounds will strongly be considered.
