Senior IT Service Delivery Lead, Singapore

Exciting new projects coming up that required an experience Team Leader to be responsible for Service Delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the system ownership of several applications to oversee the entire process. You will need to be able to provide technical solutions to answer any business problems and be confident in engaging with stakeholders of varying levels. Prior Application Service Delivery experience is essential together with technical expertise in ERP implementation and support (preferably in Oracle Financials). You must also demonstrate your ability in managing production support teams and articulate the associated IT processes. As the projects are complex and on a global scale, the incumbent must have excellent communication skills. Domain understanding in Asset Management is a must.
