Business Partnering Focus - Highly Visible Group Role - Major Growth Phase
Reporting directly to the Head of HR based in Singapore, this key appointment will be supported by a strong HR operations team, as well as group level specialist functions. Your mandate will be to work closely with the senior leadership team to build up the organization's people capability across its operations. Specific emphasis will be placed on change management, manpower planning / resourcing and retention as well as providing high level, sound people advice for a regional population of circa 2,000.
Degree qualified, you will be a senior HR professional with a solid generalist/business partnering background. With 10+ year's professional experience, you will demonstrate a strong consultative and strategic approach, working closely with the top level of management. Above all you must be a strong people leader who is hands-on and results driven. With highly developed communicated skills, you will have initiative and gravitas and an ability to drive change and growth in a fast paced, demanding environment. Candidates from the retail, consumer, hospitality or services sectors are particularly encouraged to apply. International experience is highly favoured.
