Technician (Electrical/Electronic)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a diploma in electrical/electronic engineering attained from a reputable institution
• Have at least three (3) years practical experience in electrical environment
• Knowledge in procurement
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be within the age bracket of 25 - 35 years
• Demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedules

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance of the following:

• PABX Systems & telephones
• UPS systems
• Air conditioners
• Generators
• Photocopiers
• Cleaning equipments
• Projectors & Public Address systems

Artisan (Electrician)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a Government Trade Test Grade 1 in electrical Installations & Maintenance
• Minimum ‘O’ level (D+)
• Have at least three (3) years practical experience in electrical Installations & Maintenance
• Knowledge on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning would be an added advantage
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be within the age bracket of 25 - 35 years
• Demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedules

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance of the following:

• Electrical cabling & fittings including sockets and extensions
• Lighting systems, replacements of faulty lights and air conditioners
• Generators
• Ups systems

Artisan (Plumber)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a Government Trade Test Grade 1 in plumbing & drainage
• Minimum ‘O’ level (D+)
• Have at least three (3) years practical experience in plumbing & drainage
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be within the age bracket of 25 - 35 years
• Demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedules

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance of the following:

• Maintenance of all plumbing and drainage works
• Ensure continuous availability of water

Artisan (Carpenter)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a Government Trade Test Grade 1 in carpentry
• Minimum ‘O’ level (D+)
• Have at least three (3) years practical experience in carpentry & craftsmanship
• Experience in painting would be an added advantage
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be within the age bracket of 25 - 35 years
• Demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedules

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance of the following:

• Repair of office and household furniture including replacement of locks
• Painting
• Construction of office partitions and repair
