You will be a key player in a front office (FO) application support team. You must have good working experience in an application support environment where you have substantial knowledge in FX eCommerce in order to play a pivotal role in this setup. You will be working closely with traders, sales teams, structuring team and business heads. You must be responsive and are able to utilise your wealth of experience to ensure stability of all FO applications and interfaces. You are also required to use your analytical skills to do incident and problem management and present your findings to senior management. Essential •Experience in supporting in a FX eCommerce environment •Strong knowledge and working experience in Linux and UNIX •Strong working experience in scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Shell) •Experience in supporting FX trading platforms (e.g. Currenex, FXAll, 360T) To succeed in this role, you must have a belief that you can make things happen.
