Position overview:
 This position provides first and second level airline application support to approximately 15 airline customers worldwide. The operation is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shift and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

Must Have:

·         Previous functional experience w/major Airline applications (Airport and/or Reservations)
·         Five + years airline reservation and/or airport operations processing
·         Excellent customer service skills
·         Proficient with MS Office applications
·         Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays
·         Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
·         Ability  to function in a high stress environment
·         High school education


Typical skills include:
· General understanding of related Transportation Technologies
- Understanding technology in direct responsibility
- Strong Customer Service skills
