ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Investment team:

• Handle day-to-day finance and admin operations
• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for a portfolio of venture capital and fund management companies
• Prepare management reports and group consolidation
• Assist in annual budgeting 
• Handle banking and cash management matters
• Handle corporate taxation matters

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor of Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with experience from the big 4 audit firms will have advantage
• Must be hands-on and have an eye for detail
• Conversant with AccPac, Microsoft Excel and Word, preferably with some knowledge of Access Database
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
