Senior Front Office Cash Equities Business Analyst (Strong Equities Knowledge/IT Required) Leading Global Investment Bank – New York Circa $150,000 - $175,000 plus bonus and benefits

My client is a Leading Global Investment Bank, with a strong Cash Equities and Program Trading business ran out of their New York Office. Through profits and continued growth, the team is seeking a Senior Front Office Cash Equities Business Analyst to take a business critical role on the New York Desk. Working closely alongside Sales and Trading, your role will serve to bridge the gap between technology and business users, analyzing the front office business requirements, documenting these and working closely with the technologists to develop cutting edge solutions.

Whilst you will be based in the New York office, you will work closely with global teams in London and Asia, therefore it is important that you have great communication skills and the ability to work well with those in other physical locations.

The Front Office Cash Equities Business Analyst will require the following skill set;

• Strong knowledge of Cash Equities with prior experience working in an Investment Bank

• Front Office Business Analysis experience

• Great communication skills

• Strong IT experience

• Ability to coordinate QA/Testing

Responsibilities for Front Office Cash Equities Business Analyst will require the following skill set;

• Work on the front office Cash Equities Trading Desk in New York

• Analyze business requirements

• Work with IT/Development team to translate these requirements

• Work with business users on a global basis

• Be the lead BA / “subject matter expert” on the desk

• Supervise testing/QA functions

• Project manage full delivery of specifications

• Report to senior management team in New York
