RFP Writer- Asset Management

Our client, a large asset management is looking for an RFP Writer for their NYC location.

Support the sales and marketing process by leveraging firm-wide resources to respond to formal RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other questionnaires. . The RFP Writer will participate in processes around evaluating and responding to prospect / client inquiries and managing to a high standard of service level and quality assurance protocol. 

• Selecting, drafting or working with other departments to write accurate and consistent responses to routine or nuanced prospect / client requests;

• Ensuring the integrity of internal stored content databases by working with the Content Manager for our firm’s proposal software database tool.

• Identifying and executing on opportunities to build efficiencies through process and technological improvements around routine based data related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of RFP experience, preferably within the asset management industry
• Strong command of fixed income investments and general asset management knowledge including relevant operating, performance and risk metrics that would ordinarily be associated with the strategy in question.

• Experience using RFP software management tool a plus

• Experience incorporating PowerPoint slides in the RFP output

• Excellent knowledge of Excel workbooks including use of filters and pivot tables

• Bachelor’s degree in Writing
