Due to a recent period of rapid growth, several new and exciting opportunities to join the Aurion team have arisen.

If you have excellent communication skills, the ability support a fast moving sales team by providing demonstrations, presentations and technical tenders on leading HRIS applications, and are looking for a new opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, enthusiastic team, this could be the role for you.

As Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with the sales team to provide product, business and technical knowledge to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. You will regularly undertake technical analysis on user requirements and keep up to date with knowledge of products and technologies. You should be able to utilise this information to fully support customers needs.

The successful candidate will have an outstanding attention to detail, strong technical expertise, excellent problem solving skills as well as being able to work as part of a team. A strong customer service ethic is key to the Aurion business so a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service is vital.

Ideally to be successful in this role you will have experience in the following areas:

• Skills, knowledge and technical ability in HR & payroll processes (knowledge of Aurion would be ideal)
• Analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to tailor presentations according to the needs and varying levels of technical understanding of various audiences
• Collaborative working ability and flexible attitude
• Excellent listening skills
