They require an experienced Performance Engineer to join an established team that proactively enhance and maintain real-time multi-threaded trading systems as well reduce latency and overhead through creative innovation.  It is essential that you possess a strong overall understanding of technology across multiple disciplines, an in-depth knowledge of performance-enhancing solutions, and have a creative and unwavering approach to problem solving thus enabling a competitive edge in a constantly evolving technical market.

Technical Requirements

• Demonstrated 5+ Years experience in performance tuning across multiple disciplines in a similar environment - real-time, low-latency, multi-threaded high-frequency/transaction environments.
• Demonstrated Linux expertise, inside and out.
• Demonstrated Kernel-level and/or driver development is a must.
• Demonstrated Core Java or C++ server-side development experience in a mission-critical environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Network Systems - TCP/IP, UDP
• Demonstrated scripting experience in Linux (Bash, Perl, Python, MySQL)
• Thorough knowledge of algorithms, data structures and multi-threading.
• Understanding of Financial Products - in particular Derivatives (Equities)
