Paralegal - Board Support

Outstanding and unique role for a law degree holder to facilitate the organization and operation of meetings of the boards of a foreign exchange clearing and settlement institution.

The successful applicant must have a law degree.  Duties include the following:    

-     planning and preparation of the agendas and various Board Committees

-     supporting the chair of the board 

-    Responsible, in coordination with the Corporate Secretary, for preparing and distributing draft  minutes of all meetings of the boards  

-     Support the directors by organizing and making available all information and relevant documentation to them and by providing copies as requested by the Corporate Secretary , the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Legal Officer or the Chief Compliance Officer, as each may require to fulfill their respective duties.

-     assist with the roll out of the education programs for the Directors and induction program for new Directors
