Mergers & Acquisitions is an integral part of our Deals offering to our clients and is closely aligned to PwC's unrivalled global network, thus able to facilitate specific cross-border transactions covering, in particular, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, Africa and the US. PwC's M&A team is a mid-market leader in Australia (and around the world), comprising approximately 45 partners and staff across each of the major capital cities.
M&A Sydney are currently recruiting for a Manager who will play an integral role in engagement delivery and further developing a team of talented juniors. To be successful in this role you will have strong mergers and acquisitions transaction experience gained in a similar corporate environment, across a wide range of industries. You will be a confident communicator at all levels of business and demonstrate a client centric approach to all engagements. Critical to your success and longer term career with PwC will be your ability to add value as a coach and mentor to ensure the ongoing development of the team.
