1. AMDP (Advance Management �Development Program)
   - Male or Female Age maximum 35 years old
   - Hold S1/D3 �Service Management / Tourism
   - Preferably Experiences in retail / hospitality / Service Industry (8 years for D3) and (5 years for S1)
   - Willing to work shift
   - Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
   - Able to speak English actively
   - Strong Leadership
   - Ability to work in a team
   - Computer Literate
2. Operation Crew
   - Male or Female Maximum 23 years old
   - High school or Diploma (preferable not student )
   - Fresh Graduate are welcome
   - Well Groomed and Good looking
   - Willing to work in shift
   - Willing �to �be placed in any site of Blitz
   - Hard worker and fast learner
3. Bartender
   - Male or female
   - Maximum 35 years old
   - High school �or Diploma
   - Having experience as Bartender minimum 3 years�
