COAL INDONESIA TDS HEAD – Jakarta Raya
Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Services to support the growth activities of the company coal reserve and resources both organic (Exploration) and inorganic (BD Support)
• Provide Resources and reserves reporting and seek for effective mining method and technology in order to reduce the cost of production
• Perform the Optimized Mine Master Plan for long term planning purpose
• Technical people (Skill based human resources) development
• Organization Development in relation to Mine Engineering and Geological aspects
• Organizational Relationship:
• Reporting to Operation Director
• Peers: Mine Head, Project Development; Human Resources Director and Manager; Head of Corporate Services function
• Direct subordinates: Geology Group Leader; Mine Engineering Group Leader; Document Control

Qualification & Experience :

• Have 15 years working experience in the coal mining or related work.
• Business knowledge and Network: Understanding of Geology, Mine Planning, Material Handling, Mine Facilities, Civil and other related Engineering concept.
• Working Condition: Job Holder works 60 % in air-conditioned and properly illuminated room that shared with other employees and 40 % in open area with hot and dusty condition
• Indonesian, Male, Age 38-45.
• Expatriates currently working in Indonesia (Top 10 Coal Mining/ Mining Company or Large Operation Mining Company in the country are welcome to apply)
• Bachelor (S-1) Degree in Geology, Mine Engineering. M SC in Mine Technology is a clear advantage.
