Investment Banking Analyst – M&A - Aerospace & Defense Industry

Currently, we are looking for an experienced investment banking analyst to work with our established investment banking team on areas related to deal execution, research and strategic business development.  We offer an energetic, entrepreneurial environment that is driven to achieve success for our clients, our people and our firm.

Analysts will execute transactions and research the aerospace and defense industry under the supervision of senior bankers.  They will contribute to the development of information memorandums, management presentations, pitchbooks and marketing materials. Exposure to industry specific research platforms, financial valuation techniques and strategic discussions advance our analysts’ knowledge base and enable them to succeed in the competitive field of investment banking. Analysts at JCP will assume rapidly increasing responsibility as key members of our deal teams and marketing efforts.
