• Higher Diploma in Human Resources
• Member of IHRM (K)
• Masters degree an added advantage.
• 3 years working experience
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team
• Attention to detail and a good sense of procedures
• IT tools proficient in the processing of information and communication
• An efficient organizer
• A great sense of initiative and creativity in carrying out assignments
• Good analytical and writing skills,
