FICC Compliance advisory role with a leading Bank.
* Act as a subject matter expert for financial markets advice on the compliance framework, training and compliance issues for the financial markets businesses (debt markets, foreign exchange, carbon, commodities and energy and treasury)
* Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance plans, guidelines and policy for compliance and risk management activities (such as regulatory developments, monitoring and training)
* Create an effective approach to management and reporting compliance risk
* Identifie systemic issues and provide advice on remediation approach
* As a member of the Compliance team, provide specialist compliance solutions
* Assist in the identification of emerging compliance risk issues in the business and industry and develop practices to enhance compliance risk understanding
To be successful in this role you must have previous Fixed Interest compliance experience gained within an institutional capacity. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience at implementing a sophisticated compliance framework and dealing with regulatory matters. You will have proven relationship management and engagement skills.
