CNC Programmer 

Our client, a US multinational company in highly-design Precision Engineering in Manufacturing that offers highly engineered products and solutions to the semiconductor, aerospace, energy and medical markets will like to invite high calibre Singaporeans, PRs and foreigners (Indian, PRC ,etc) to join their organisation with the following packages :- 
Salary Range: SGD S$1,600/- to SGD $ 2,200/- 
with benefits :- annual leave, medical leave, etc. 
Contract : 2 years 
Location: North - Singapore (North) 
Office hours - 5 working days 
Responsibilities: 
• Preparing drawing for CNC programming and documentation 
• Provide assistance in CNC machines setup and operations when required 
• To make and generate accurate and efficient NC programs using CADCAM Software 
• Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data of part to determine tool paths, cutting tools selection, machine/part set up and fixtures. 
• Prepare geometric layout using CAD software to show machine/part set up to include views of fixtures; work holding devices and any associated hardware. 
• Prepare drawings for custom cutter tooling and fixture designs. 
• Prepare documentation for part/program set up, tooling sheets and custom tool drawings. 
• Write CNC programs for all machining operations required for the part and fixtures using the CAM system. 
• Check tool paths for collision, obstruction and completeness of machined part using verification software. 
• Revises program to eliminate instruction errors, omissions, collisions and feature errors. 
Requirements: 
• Degree / Diploma/ITC in Mechanical Engineering/Nitec in Precision Engineering 
• Min 2 - 3 years' of experience in a machine shop environment 
• Knowledge of process planning, CNC programming and tool design are essentials 
• Experience in CNC / Fanuc controller 
• Responsible and possess positive attitude 
• Good communication skills to interact with shop-floor employees 
• Ability to read ,interpret and do drawings with AutoCAD. 
• Must be familiar with Fanuc controls and other CNC programming software/controls 
• Strong knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures and other accessories used on various machines and for different materials.
