Position Requirements:
Analytics Associate
The Analytics Associate will execute the daily operational tasks of the Fitch Solutions Analytics group. This role requires someone with technical skills to mine data as well as the ability to process numerous requests in a systematic and responsive manner.

• Execute ongoing data mining requests and fulfill report requests as needed
• Work with business partners to ensure a smooth process for report fulfillment
• Automate ongoing requests for business groups where appropriate
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Manage Coremetrics technical support issues (Report Credits, Recurring Report/Email setup, troubleshooting)
• Analyze GSM Revenue data with respect to usage to determine cancellation risks and upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Implement Coremetrics or other Web Analytics tagging
• Assist in the duties of the Analytics Manager as needed

Requirements
• Proficient in Excel, including Macros, Functions and VBA
• Familiarity with Web Analytics Packages (Preferably Coremetrics, Google Analytics)
• IT/Systems, analytics background in the financial industry preferred.
