The Technical Services Manager will:
- Support, service and manage mid- to enterprise-level customer relationships
- Troubleshoot customer issues and support our software solutions in a wide array of configurations and customer environments
- Effectively communicate technical requirements between customers and our Technical Services Team
- Partner with customers to optimize and expand their use of the software
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Develop customer support materials and processes as needed
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for use both internally and by customers
- Provide end-user training as needed via phone/web

Technical Skills
- Basic familiarity with HTML programming, i.e. email templates and CSS is strongly preferred, but not required
- Email marketing industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required

Experience/Education:
- 4 year college degree in an IT related field, with a minimum of 2 years of IT related work experience OR MBA
