CUSTOMER SERVICE – SEMARANG
Qualification & Experience:

• Have 3 years experience as a Customer Service Bank, preferably has experience as a Customer Service at BCA.
• Male / Female , age 20 – 25 years
• Min Diploma Degree D3 any major
• Communicative , Look attractive
• Having the ability to persuade
• Spry, Charming, Enthusiastic, Friendly, Thorough
• Additional Skills:
• Ms Office, English
• Knowledge that must be owned:
• Knowledge of Islamic banking products
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Program and the Prevention of Terrorism Financing for Commercial Banks
