PT. PLATINUM CERAMICS INDUSTRY company in the leading ceramics tiles manufacturer in Indonesia, For our rapid expanding company, we are looking for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following positions:

SENIOR MANAGER CIP (CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT & PRODUCTIVITY) – SURABAYA
Qualification & Experience:

• Have 5 years experienced with the same position.
• Male or female with maximum ages 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00).
• Understand QCC (Quality Control Circle) and ISO 9001 : 2008 with all its implementation, including quality management system audit process.
• Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result – oriented. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also. Willing to be placed at Surabaya (Plant Karangpilang).

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• You will responsible in managing the quality of the manufacture system. Develop the improvement and productivity of manufacture process

SENIOR MANAGER DEA (DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING APPLICATION) – SURABAYA
Qualification & Experience:

• Able to operate the computer.
• Have 10 years experienced with the same position.
• Male with maximum ages 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00).
• Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result – oriented. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also. Willing to be placed at Surabaya (Plant Karangpilang).
• You will responsible in managing and inventing new products development process. Familiar with ceramic production processes or its technological knowledge. Understand the whole production machines, budgeting & costing management and ISO 9001 : 2008 with all its implementation, including quality management system audit process.

MANAGER TECHNIC – SURABAYA
Qualification & Experience:

• Have 10 years experienced with the same position.
• Able to operate the computer.
• Male with maximum ages 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with minimum GPA: 3.00 (in a scale of 4.00).
• Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Has a strong leadership for coaching and mentoring sub-ordinates. Highly result – oriented. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also. Willing to be placed at Surabaya (Plant Karangpilang).
• You will responsible in managing big group of technicians. Familiar with tiles production process. Understand the whole production machines, budgeting & costing management and ISO 9001 : 2008 with all its implementation, including quality management system audit process.
