Qualification & Experience:

• Have experience of life insurance business (Supervisor / Unit Manager) or the financial industry (Relationship Manager)
• Having your own vehicle (car)
• Have a broad relationship
• Well dressed, neat, flexible
• Can recruit and be able to build teams and develop business
• Has the soul of business, like marketing jobs
• Love a challenge, want a large income

Compensation:

• Allowance from Rp. 6,000,000, – s / d Rp. 12 million, -
• Personal production commissions up to 35%
• Personal production bonus of up to 60% of personal production commissions
• Staff incentives Leader from Rp. 750.000, – s / d Rp. 1.750.000, – per month
• Health insurance
• Reward free seminars and trips abroad (to Dubai produces only Rp. 240 million)
