Senior Product Consultant – HR and Payroll Module Implementation

If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to create lasting relationships with both internal and external clients, experience in scoping, designing and implementing HR and Payroll products to a range of customers, and are looking for a new opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, dynamic team, this could be the role for you.

As Senior Product Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customer analysis; you will use your expertise to conduct design workshops and scope HRMIS product configuration requirements. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising Product Consultants assigned to assist in project implementation to deliver superior customer solutions.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated implementation experience and/or experience in configuring HRMIS products. You will need excellent stakeholder engagement skills as you will act as the functional escalation point for clients during the project implementation. A strong customer service ethic is essential to the Aurion business so a proactive approach to delivering strong customer service is vital.

Ideally to be successful in this role you will have experience in the following areas:

• Running introductory functional training for customers to provide an overview of the Aurion system
• Running design workshops as required and prepare the necessary documentation.
• Supporting, training and mentoring Product Consultants as required.
• Configuring payroll modules and human resource modules based upon a design developed during the workshops
• Assisting customers as agreed with data migration, parallel runs and go live support.
