Corporate Finance – VP; "Big Box"- Consumer Products Retail Sector $125K-$150K + bonus

Prestigious International Financial Firm seeks a VP for their Corporate Finance Division to perform credit analysis and assessment of existing and prospective clients and counterparties under direction of senior staff.

One must have experience in the "Big Box" Consumer Product Retail sector.

Responsibilities:

•  Prepare credit applications including in-depth credit analysis, rating sheets, etc.

•  Perform historical financial analysis, industry and market analysis, transaction analysis and cash flow projections

•  Identify major trends, issues, risks, strengths, weaknesses of customer/transaction and provide complete assessment and recommendation

•  Review and prepare legal documentation in conjunction with Legal Dept or outside counsel

•  Market and develop new customers; present banking and financial services products

•  Respond to customers’ request

•  Monitor all customers on daily basis

•  Evaluate customers/transactions for changes in risk and make recommendations

•  Complete risk rating review

•  Monitor and report on any industry changes

Requirements:

•  BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics

•  Formally Credit Trained from accredited financial institution

•  7-10 years credit experience in financial institution

•  4+ years within "Big Box" retail sector (ie: Home Depot, Walmart coverage)

•  Excellent oral and written communication skills

•  Good PC skills with strong quantitative background

•  Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well in team environment
